This is a shopping center with multiple business located on site. The anchor store is a very large Lowes Grocery Store not Home Improvement. Just to name a few others off the top of my head, USPS Post Office, Dollar Tree, a Package Store aka Liquor Store aka ABC Store, Jeff Cook Real Estate Office, a Thrift Stork like Goodwill, some local small businesses and restaurants. Highly Recommend Phillys! There is also a Wendy's nearby, large Bank of America Branch, Gas Station, etc. It is flanked by two very busy intersections Dorchester/Ladson and Dorchester/Old Trolley Road. I love Lowes Foods and shop this chain regularly. On a visit to see my best friend, I stopped in to quickly buy fruit and juices. I went through self checkout. I entered my phone number and completed the transaction. Then a gentleman, who did not identify himself, asked if he could see my receipt. I did not know why I was selected/targeted as others who were also checking out were not asked for their receipts. We were all checking out, the only difference was that I am a person of color. I complied and left feeling extremely uncomfortable and racially profiled.
